Safety Note
- Guests aged 5 to 65 are covered by our insurance policy
- We offer family-friendly rafting with extra support for young children under 5 or above 65 years old, available for only IDR 500,000
- Rafting can be physically demanding, so we kindly suggest that guests with injuries consider alternative experiences
- All participants must follow the safety instructions provided by our certified river guides
- Life jackets and helmets are mandatory and provided for every guest
- We prioritize safety in every rafting experience and are proud to be the only rafting company in Bali with a fully certified team of river guides
- Arrive 15–20 minutes early to check in and get your safety gear fitted.
- Bring a water bottle to stay hydrated before the ride.
- Sunscreen and insect repellent are recommended.
- Light, breathable clothing is best for comfort under the tropical sun.
- Take a quick photo before you start — this is your before & after adventure moment.

Participants must be at least 13 years old to ride the ATV solo. Children aged 6 years old and below may only join on a tandem ATV with a parent or family member.
Children under 6 years old are not covered by insurance and participation is not recommended. However, they may join the tandem ATV trip with a signed parental or family consent letter, and participation is at their own risk.
No experience is required. Beginners are welcome. Our professional guides provide a full safety briefing and a short test ride before the adventure starts
We recommend comfortable clothes and closed shoes. Bring a change of clothes, as the track can be muddy and wet.
Yes. All rides include safety equipment, professional guides, and insurance coverage for eligible participants. Guests must follow guide instructions at all times.
